While this is an interesting plug in, it does need serious enhancement to make it viable to what is already out there for this.

I have deactivated the software shop wordpress plugin on my site because you are overwriting my meta titles for the posts. If you can let me know how to remove this part of your plugin, I will reactivate the store.

Is it possible to make the software catalog searchable? Either from a custom search box in the plug in or from the WP Search Box.

Regnow.com doesn’t provide us with exact search feature in its data feed but there is something like “by keyword filtering” available so probably it can be done this way. I’ll test it and if it will return accurate results I can implement it later.

Maybe is possible to port the Regnow categories into WP categories, use wp_list_categories(), and add products as posts in the appropriate categories, then wp_searchbox() could find them. I know, not so simple, but thanks for all your hard work.

Your latest update fixed the overwriting of post meta titles with the softstore title but now meta titles are not showing up at all on my site when the plugin is activited.

Hi Csaba,
I just installed the plugin and it looks amazing, however when I click any category e.g: mysite.com/softshop/category/12 I get a redirection to: mysite.com/softshop and it’s not possible to go inside that category.
I’m using the plugin “Permalink Redirect”

OK. Plugin installed. Passed all installation tests. Message says “You Should Be Able To use This Plugin” But how do you use it? I see nothing anywhere in my WordPress dashboard that gives a clue on how to use this plugin.
